Online poker has become globally celebrated lately, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in fact a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years several types on the first poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely resembling twenty-one than traditional poker, in that the players wager against the bank rather than each other. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is no conniving or other types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up before the dealer announcing "No further wagers." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course all of the different gamblers receive five cards. Once you have observed your hand and the dealer’s 1st card, you have to either make a call bet or surrender. The call wager’s value is on same level to your beginning wager, which means that the risks will have doubled. Bowing out means that your ante goes directly to the casino. After the bet comes the face off. If the casino doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, including an amount equal to the ante. If the bank has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand beats the dealer’s hand. The bank pays cash even with your initial bet and set odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- two to one for two pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
