Online poker has become globally celebrated as of late, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back quite a bit further than its television scores. Over the years several types on the earliest poker game have been created, including some games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely affiliated with 21 than long-standing poker, in that the players bet against the casino instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no concealment or other kinds of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up prior to the dealer announcing "No more bets." At that point, both you and the casino and of course every one of the different players receive 5 cards each. Once you have observed your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you need to either make a call bet or accede. The call wager’s value is equal to your original bet, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Abandoning means that your wager goes instantly to the house. After the wager is the face off. If the house does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is returned, plus an amount on par with the ante. If the house has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand beats the casino’s hand. The dealer pony’s up money even with your wager and set expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
